THE THERAPEUTIC MASSAGER

With the Thera Cane massager, you can relieve your aches and pains without having to hire a professional therapist. The easy-to-use self-massager allows you to apply pain-relieving deep compression straight to tight, knotted trigger points wherever they arise, breaking up tension even in the most difficult-to-reach muscle locations. The Thera cane is a deep pressure massage cane that can be used to massage fragile muscle regions softly. Using one of the six strategically placed projections, you can effortlessly massage any portion of your body. All that is required for effective therapy is a small amount of arm movement and light pressure. Thera cane is made of robust fiberglass and weighs one pound.

HOW IT WORKS

The Thera Cane works by applying pressure to the muscles, allowing more oxygenated blood to flow through them. This pressure helps restore muscle function by breaking up adhesions and tensions in muscle fibers, allowing the muscle to work more efficiently. It’s the ideal remedy for a nagging ailment, a tough day at the office, or a strenuous afternoon in the garden.

Shoulder application:
For pressure, press down in the direction of the arrows. Cross-friction massage is achieved by moving the upper arms back and forth 1-2 inches. Keep your arms close to your sides.

Apply to the neck: Lean your neck into the ball, and keep your hands steady. For pressure, move your neck from side to side and up and down. Try these in a supine position as well. Pillows should be used to elevate the head. For the front and side muscles of the neck, use your fingertips.

Upper, middle, or lower back: Concentrate your concentration on the muscle you’re targeting. While standing or sitting, try a pressure and friction massage.

Application to Arms: Secure the Cane to the legs. To apply pressure, lean into or against the ball. For increased pressure, shift your body weight into the ball.

Applied to Legs: Before and after using the cane, stretch your muscles. While seated, apply cross friction massage to various regions of the leg.
