Each massage is a professional massage which includes time to robe and disrobe. An hour massage includes 50 minutes of table time.

Signature Swedish Massage
A CORE Signature Swedish Massage is a general relaxation massage, covering the superficial layers of musculature leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
A CORE Specialty Massage—such as deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, thai and prenatal—touches the deeper layers of musculature leaving the body with a structural change.
A CORE Fusion Massage is multiple modalities combined together to give you a customized whole body approach.

CORE Massage Modalities
