Lyndsay Babbitt Graduated in June 2013 from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. A recent transplant to Santa Cruz in January 2014, Lyndsay has already started to learn to surf and really enjoys rock climbing and yoga. Very in tune with the mind-body relationship, Lyndsay makes sure to incorporate it in every training session.
Her belief is that meditation and relaxation paired with exercise create a great synergistic balance and holistic approach to health and wellness. Along with her passion for the body Lyndsay hopes to travel and see many countries throughout her life stopping in Indonesia to earn her Yoga teacher certification. We welcome Lyndsay to our Santa Cruz CORE Training team and encourage her to shine her light inspiring and helping a many clients.
