It was incredible to see women athletes so empowered and inspired this past weekend at the T9 Mermaid Tri and Du Capitola.
When attending races, CORE strives to help as many of the participating athletes get out of pain, relax and/ or improve their performance. Our practitioners stoked out the crowds with complimentary bodywork and continuing health education. Once the race was over we were happy to service all the race attendees. Our booth was glittered with merchandise, a wellness retreat and a foam rolling beach station for everyone to bask in! CORE distributed therapy coupons, raffle prizes and stickers to every mermaid and merman.
Our CORE team had a blast connecting with the inspiring women athletes and their supporters. We will see you again next year!
