Santa Cruz Waves hosted their 3rd annual Swellies Awards Ceremony!
The event took place on April 20th at the Museum of Art and History. The Swellies Awards winners are voted by the community and celebrate the best in Santa Cruz. Although the awards include your usual categories such as “Best Restaurant” and “Best Salon”, they also include a few categories that are unique to Santa Cruz culture–such as “Best Surf Spot” and “Best Surfer Grom”. In the fitness category, Santa Cruz CORE was honored to be voted Favorite Gym. Check out the video recap of the event below.
