Our fitness assessment includes a range of motion analysis, muscle length testing, gait assessment, one InBody body composition analysis, nutrition consultation, and a postural survey. It’s a one-stop, 90-minute integrative health exam, with an integrative health specialist, to maximize your fitness plan results.
It is different from the Functional Movement Assessment (F.M.S) because it’s a much deeper dive into medical history, the issues of each joint in the body, past injuries, nutrition, overall health, lifestyle patterns, and future dysfunction prevention.
Some exercises and soft tissue work may be done as well to begin treatment right away. This process provides an injury-free path to a healthy and balanced fitness plan.
