Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to optimize your nutrition, our clinic offers solutions tailored to your unique needs.
CORE's Personal Training Screenings
The first step in CORE's personal training is to schedule an initial health consultation with one of the highly skilled professionals at CORE, who will get a full health history and screening.
Our individualized programs are molded from the experience and knowledge of all of our practitioners, a knowledge base that produces timely and healthy results.
Initial Assessment
We provide consultations free of charge with the primary goal of determining the needs of the individual, this is our time to listen to you. Once we determine your functional state we design a program specific to the individual. Your trainer is your partner, your guide, mentor and support system on your journey to optimal health and fitness.
Functional Movement Screening
A Functional Movement Screening (FMS). An FMS is a valuable test instrument we use to interpret the body movement, posture, and range of motion results to translate into a recommended course of action. This process provides an injury-free path to a healthy and balanced fitness plan.
Health Enhancement Analysis
The Health Enhancement Analysis includes range of motion and muscle length testing as well as postural analysis. It is a step up from the Functional Movement Assessment because it dives deeper into the issues of each joint in the body, not just movement patterns. Some exercises and soft tissue work may be done as well.
