No person is the same, so why should your workouts be?! Choose from over 30 sessions per week, and enjoy small dynamic classes (2-5 people). Get the one-on-one feel of a private session with a personal trainer. Our small class sizes allow our trainers to make modifications so that each workout can be individualized.
