Green Business Recognition

Santa Cruz CORE Fitness + Rehab is proud to be recognized as a Green Business.

We had a great time attending the Green Business Mixer last night at New Bohemia Brewing Co.. We spent the evening connecting with other like-minded local businesses and learned more about the Green Business Program. The guest speakers shared their environmental knowledge in the work space and provided information on how to further reuse and reduce.

Sustainable elements of our working atmosphere include using low energy appliances, recycling on a daily basis and the installation of our office’s LED lighting. This past year CORE offices have implemented a bike rack to support alternative transportation for employees and clients and have gone 100% paperless with internal business and patient notes! Throughout our renovations and remodel, we have also used low Voc paint and recycled materials. Santa Cruz CORE’s future plans are to transfer to paperless patient intake forms and waivers.

Santa Cruz CORE will be a supporting business at Fall Bike to Work Day and is always seeking the opportunity to promote environmental awareness. Santa Cruz CORE believes just like the body, we only have one environment and we need to take the best care of it as possible.
