Essential Oil Body or Room Spray

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. distilled water
• 1 Tbsp witch hazel
• 20 – 30 drops of essential oils

Directions:

Pour water, witch hazel, and chosen essential oils in a container. Seal tightly and shake well. Shake it well before each use.

Energizing

Grapefruit oil is emotionally uplifting. Lavender is soothing and relaxing.
• 15 drops grapefruit
• 5 drops lavender

Comforting

The subtle romantic smell leaves one feeling super cozy. Cinnamon leaf is warming and considered to have aphrodisiac properties and sweet orange is uplifting.
• 10 drops cinnamon leaf
• 15 drops sweet orange

Brain Power

Rosemary helps memory recall and performance on tests. Peppermint is good for headaches, nausea, and jet lag. Patchouli is good for relaxation and concentration.
• 5 drops rosemary
• 10 drops peppermint
• 10 drops patchouli

Happiness & Peace

Frankincense brings inner peace and natural anti-inflammatory properties to help with wound healing. Geranium provides balance and regulation in mood.
• 10-15 drops frankincense
• 10-15 drops geranium

Invigorated

Peppermint helps with anger, depression and allows for clear thinking and ability to concentrate. Orange is cheerful, dispelling stress, nervous tension and anger.
• 10-15 drops peppermint

Relax

Melaleuca helps mind and concentration while lavender is balancing, cooling, relaxing, and soothing.
