Carey Faber is a dedicated occupational therapist who brings a diverse background of experiences to her practice. After earning her BA in Art Studio from the University of California, Davis, she pursued her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University, graduating in December 2021.
As an occupational therapist, Carey specializes in several key areas including hand therapy, geriatrics, aging in place, stroke therapy, and mental health occupational therapy. She has particular expertise in home assessment and safety, helping clients create environments that support their independence and well-being.
 
Before her career in occupational therapy, Carey served her community in multiple roles along the Santa Cruz coast. She worked as a State Lifeguard II, Junior Lifeguard Instructor II, and State Emergency Medical Technician, demonstrating her long-standing commitment to helping others and ensuring public safety.
 
An accomplished athlete, Carey has a background in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition, showcasing her dedication to physical discipline and continuous self-improvement. She maintains an active lifestyle through water polo, hiking, and biking. When not working with clients or engaging in outdoor activities, Carey enjoys expressing her creative side through painting, reading, and spending quality time with her baby niece.
 

Carey is passionate about working with clients who share her motivation for improving quality of life. Her unique combination of medical expertise, athletic background, and artistic sensibility allows her to bring a well-rounded approach to occupational therapy, helping clients achieve their goals through personalized care and dedication.

Tony Del Zompo is a University of California Santa Cruz graduate who went on to get his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific graduating in 1996. He has worked many years as a Physical Therapist in local hospitals, as well as a travel Physical Therapist to work with patients suffering from debilitating conditions, such as back pain, arthritis, fractures, strokes, and cerebral palsy.
As a physical therapist at Core, Tony will be providing in network insurance coverage of Physical Therapy working with patients and directing them in their treatments and follow up visits. He is also a writer and entreprneur.
