Semi-Private Training is a unique opportunity to experience personal training customized to your needs, in a small group setting. These classes differ from large, impersonal, group classes you may find at other gyms because we have found that a trainer can care and attend to each individual’s needs much more effectively at a maximum of 5 people per session.
