On October 15th, 2017, Santa Cruz CORE participated in the annual Crossfit Affiliate Cup!
CORE’s booth was all set up before sunrise. Dawn broke and all the health, fitness,food and merchandise vendors were ready to rock as the Crossfit teams were warming up… let the games begin! Between competitions, CORE provided athletes and attendees with Sports ChiroTherapy and massage therapy care.
At CORE, our mission is to help as many people as possible achieve optimal wellness. At this event in particular we had a chance to address immediate issues that athletes were facing during their exhaustion. People then saw the value in investing in self care so they can continue to do the sports they love with maintenance prevention and the education we provide. With the services CORE offers, people can increase their performance, mobility, strength, stability and endurance! The Crossfit community – consisting of all the Crossfit gyms across the tri-county area – were radiating good vibes and excitement. Everyone was so kind, motivating, supportive, and inspiring. Attendees expressed their gratitude for our services and told their friends to stop by the Santa Cruz CORE booth! The energy was on fire and didn’t skip a beat.
We are grateful that we are able to support these kind of events. The Santa Cruz CORE massage therapists, chiropractors, and elite trainers had an incredible time. It felt like we were a part of the games too! We look forward to the next annual Crossfit Affiliate Cup and until then, eat clean, train dirty, and practice self care with CORE!
