Dr. John offers integrated and regenerative healing services with a wide variety of modalities including:

Through a functional medicine approach, the doctor diagnoses, treats, and works to prevent injury or illness. OMT can be used to cure health problems such as treat muscle pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, asthma, sinus disorders, migraines, menstrual pain and more.

Prolotherapy is a regenerative treatment that repairs joints and alleviates pain. It involves injecting a regenerative solution at injured sites of the joint to induce its repair. The injection stimulates the formation of new tissue and restores joint function.

Platelet Rich Plasma therapy (PRP) is a groundbreaking non-operative treatment option that relieves pain by naturally promoting long-lasting healing of musculoskeletal conditions.

Stem cell therapy is the use of stem cells to treat or prevent a disease or a health condition. Bone marrow transplant is the most widely used stem-cell therapy, but some therapies derived from umbilical cord blood are also in use.

Facial Rejuvination Injections are a non-surgical cosmetic treatment to reduce wrinkles, increase facial health and appearance, and reduce signs of aging.

Medical facial aesthetics refer to non-surgical cosmetic treatments that are designed to improve the appearance of the face. These treatments may include facial rejuvenation injections, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapy, among others.

Botox-type injectables can help a patient of any age improve his or her appearance. Not only will it make for a more youthful look, but it will also rid you of stress marks helping you look refreshed.

Sports medicine is a branch of medicine that focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of injuries related to sports and exercise. Sports medicine can help athletes of all levels, from amateur to professional, to prevent and recover from injuries and improve their performance.

Shockwave is an acoustic wave that carries high energy to points of pain and myoskeletal tissues with subacute, sub-chronic, and chronic conditions. The energy promotes regeneration and reparative processes of the bones, tendons, and other soft tissues.

MSK ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging technique that uses sound waves to create images of muscles, tendons, and joints. It is commonly used to diagnose and guide treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, such as tendonitis and sports injuries, without using ionizing radiation.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is a therapy that uses ketamine to facilitate treatment of emotional and psychological challenges, such as depression and anxiety. KAP involves a combination of talk therapy and the use of ketamine to induce a state of altered consciousness, allowing patients to explore their emotional experiences more deeply.

CORE’s integrative services ensure better recovery and retention when healing with multiple lines of care. We assess each patient individually to determine all possible lifestyle aspects that could be contributing to their pain. In this way, CORE prescribes only the treatments necessary to stop degeneration, and start regeneration.

15% OFF Prolotherapy

Prolotherapy is a type of regenerative medicine which repairs soft tissue structures and eliminates pain associated with such injuries.

The injection of substances which are clinically proven to promote cell proliferation (such as PRP and dextrose solutions) into specific anatomical sites triggers an inflammation healing cascade which leads to the formation of new tissue.
