This can cause bone loss, tooth decay, mineral deficiency and inhibits enzymes that are needed to digest food. Serious question here: Is there anything easier in the morning that toast? We’re going to go out on a limb here and say that’s a big N-O. But, with a little bit of elevation, one can have a delicious, easy, and HEALTHY slice of toast. Keeping it easy, we suggest combing whole grain toast, with some Avocado. Still, you’ll need a bit of cream… Try goat cheese. It’s smooth, and easier on the tummy than most full lactose cheeses. A little bit of salt and pepper, and you’re good to go.
