Join Us for the 2nd Annual Santa Cruz River Run, 2014!
We are inviting the community to help us celebrate another year as we expand our efforts to support people achieve their optimal health. We have partnered with youth and hunger activists at Grind out Hunger to present the 2nd Annual Family Health Expo & Santa Cruz 1K/5K/10K River Run on Sunday, June 22nd, from 9-4pm. This scenic run around the Levee is followed by an all ages Family Health Expo, a great way to start the day and spend the afternoon. This course is great for runners and walkers of all ages and even better, spectators!

Along with personal training, therapeutic and corrective exercise ,chiropractic, nutrition, massage and acupuncture, some of the other programs offered at Core Fitness and Rehab are yoga, group fitness classes, Pilates and boot camps. Santa Cruz Core Fitness + Rehab strives to create a healthy community. You only have one body so take the best possible care of it.
Weekly classes are taught by certified instructors and personal trainers. Our growing menu of classes utilize innovative techniques to keep you feeling challenged, energized, and having fun. Classes vary in type and difficulty to accommodate all levels of fitness. Our fitness program welcomes people from all walks of life regardless of size, shape, or ability.
